Solutions for COLD STORAGE
Solutions for distribution centres, cold storage, cold logistics and rental cold storage spaces. Ranging from small walk in freezers up to 60,000 MT distribution centres we have equipment that is both efficient and scalable.
Many fresh foods require a range of cold storage conditions. For all one thing remains common - the need to maintain optimum freshness and quality. Refrigeration is a key component within the food logistics chain which can vastly change the quality outcome. Well refrigerated, food is crisp, maintains natural colour, maintains moisture and by maintaining HACCP temperatures and control times ensures food is free from bacterial risk.
BITZER equipment has been providing a wide range of equipment solutions which perfectly match the demanding refrigeration conditions of a wide variety of food growers, processes and logistics providers. Typical equipment produced by BITZER AVP factories which suit Cold Storage:
Small Ante rooms and small cold storage rooms:
Air Cooled and Water Cooled condensing units.
Advanced inverter solutions are possible using integrated variable speed technology. These are particularly suited to cold storage rooms with varied load conditions, ie: heavy daily traffic, low night or weekend traffic as the system can adapt across a wide capacity range whilst minimizing power wasting stop/start occurrences.
Large Ante rooms and large cold storage rooms:
Multiple compressor rack systems are generally required. MultiPAC, HyperPAC.
The new iPAC Multiple compressor rack system with leading VARISPEED compressor is now available. This intelligent system can perfectly match any load condition saving over cooling and maintaining smooth equipment operation. Combined with the benefit of reduced power wasting stop/start occurrences this is a true power saving technology.
The MultiPac and HyperPac multiple compressors units are now ready to be integrated with the new IQ Product - BITZER Varipack external frequency inverter to enhance the infinitive capacity control and increase system efficiency as well as energy savings.
